This Privacy Policy explains how Boca Tanning Club ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website (the "Site") and from individuals who submit a form or otherwise contact us about our Boca Raton, Weston, or Boynton Beach locations through the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the "Claim Your Free First Session" form (or our general contact form) on this Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your first name, mobile phone number, the location you selected (Boca Raton, Weston, or Boynton Beach), the service you're interested in (UV tanning, spray tanning, or red-light therapy), and any additional message you provide through our contact form.

Information collected automatically. Our web hosting platform automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, for security and site-operation purposes. If you arrive from an advertisement or link, this Site's forms also capture campaign identifiers present in the URL — such as a Google Ads campaign, ad group, or keyword identifier, match type, and device type — and store them alongside your submission so we can see which marketing effort led to your inquiry.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools. As of the date at the top of this page, this Site does not run active analytics or advertising tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or the Meta/Facebook Pixel) beyond a browser-level privacy signal called Google Consent Mode, which by default is set to deny ad and analytics cookies until and unless a visitor's consent status says otherwise — it does not, by itself, collect or transmit personal data. If we activate Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any similar tool in the future, we will update this section to name the specific tools in use and describe what they collect before they go live.

  • To respond to your free first session claim or inquiry and follow up with you by phone, email, or text message, consistent with the consent you provide when submitting a form.
  • To honor your free session claim at the Boca Tanning Club location you selected.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the services we offer at our Boca Raton, Weston, and Boynton Beach locations.
  • To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, including Google Ads and any social media advertising (such as Meta/Facebook) we may run, using the technical and campaign information described above.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or spam submissions.
  • To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our legal rights.

3. Text Messages and Phone Calls (TCPA)

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree that Boca Tanning Club may contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message, including using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice messages where applicable. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of purchasing any service or claiming the free first session offer. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us using the information in Section 8 below. You may also ask to stop receiving marketing calls at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site, manage customer communications, host our data, and send email or text messages on our behalf, under obligations to protect your information.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms — if and when we activate tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or the Meta/Facebook Pixel to measure our marketing (see Section 1), any data shared with them would be subject to those platforms' own privacy practices; this Site does not have such tools actively collecting data as of the date at the top of this page.
  • Legal and safety purposes, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Boca Tanning Club, our customers, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
