This Privacy Policy explains how Boca Tanning Club ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website (the "Site") and from individuals who submit a form, request a visit, or otherwise contact the Boca Raton location through the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on this Site (for example, to plan a visit or ask a question), we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, mobile phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your preferred day or timeframe, and any additional message you provide.

Information collected automatically. Our web hosting platform automatically logs standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, for security and site-operation purposes. If you arrive from an advertisement or link, this Site's form fields also capture campaign identifiers present in the URL — such as a Google Click ID (gclid) or UTM parameters — and store them alongside your form submission so we can see which marketing effort led to your inquiry. These identifiers are stored with your submission; browser-based advertising/analytics tracking tools are addressed below.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools. As of the date at the top of this page, this Site does not run active analytics or advertising tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics or a Google Ads tag) beyond a browser-level privacy signal called Google Consent Mode, which by default is set to deny ad and analytics cookies until and unless a visitor's consent status says otherwise — it does not, by itself, collect or transmit personal data. If we add analytics or advertising tracking tools in the future, we will update this section to name the specific tools in use and describe what they collect before they go live.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry or visit request and follow up with you by phone, email, or text message, consistent with the consent you provide when submitting a form.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the services we offer at the Boca Raton location.

Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us using the information in Section 8 below. You may also ask to stop receiving marketing calls at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site, manage customer communications, host our data, and send email or text messages on our behalf, under obligations to protect your information.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms — if and when we activate tools such as Google Ads or Google Analytics to measure our marketing (see Section 1), any data shared with them would be subject to those platforms' own privacy practices; this Site does not have such tools actively collecting data as of the date at the top of this page.
  • Legal and safety purposes, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Boca Tanning Club, our customers, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
